Eastern Shore Mobile AL Real Estate: Getting The Price Right

“Location, Location, Location.”  We hear it all the time in the real estate world and many assume that location is the most important criteria to buyers when purchasing a new home.  But what is it really that determines why one property sells more quickly than another?

 

Price.   Having the right price was the most important factor in deciding on one home over another, according to 2/3 of the respondents of a recent poll conducted by the National Association of Realtors.

 

Sellers agreed on the importance of the right price.  “Getting the price right” was and is one of the most frequently cited challenges for sellers who are not represented by a Realtor®.

 

Other factors that were included in the poll were – no surprise – location, but also condition of the property, staging, and upgrades.

    Do you need financing that will let you close more deals and provide
    you with an extra 1% commission on the loan funded?

    This is not FHA and there is no bank qualifying

    I use what is called “temporary seller financing” with my special lender.
    The seller still gets cashed out immediately at closing and if there is an
    agent they get paid their commission and the buyer gets the house.

    Agents and investors everywhere have all found that when using the

    wanting to purchase their listed homes, and can sell much faster
    than normal.

    The home buying prospects that were found, expected to, and usually

    Anyway, I thought you all might be interested because you
    would be making use of this amazing lending to sell
    more quickly in this hard market that we are in.

    First go here: http://www.WEBUYFASTNOW.COM

    Scroll to the bottom and register your name or company. Then
    go back to the top and look on the left and click on Buyer’s
    Application, have your buyers fill it out. It would be nice
    if they can highlight each line and type it in. As per the
    cover letter they should get their credit reports with their
    3 scores and also sign the Credit Report authorization form
    (for later use when needed). Once you can get all of that back,
    you can fax it all in and mail the hard copies to the address
    shown on the last page. That way, you stay in control.

    loan that funds on your own listings or other properties you
    are not connected to. You can view a presentation online or attend
    the live presentation

    Each Tues and Wed at noon – Central, they will have a live
    session which you can view: part of it is to help get
    this financing out to the public, which you can ignore, but
    you can come in at the end and ask questions about getting
    that extra 1% commission.
